Welcome to the MACPO website

My year as president has ended. I would like to say it was a great year. I would like to say thank you to the Executive Committee and Committee Chairs for their outstanding work and dedication to the organization. You all do a great job, without all your hard work MACPO would not be the strong organization it is… thank you.

The Spring Conference was a huge success. I would say without a doubt the Training and Education Committee exceeded all expectations and provided quality training, perfect facilities, and unbelievable networking (and excellent weather). We look forward to going back to Breezy Point again next year. The committee is already busy planning next year’s conference, so if you have any suggestions please let a committee member know. A special thanks goes out to all the vendors for their generous support, you are an important part of our organization.

MACPO is busy with upcoming training opportunities, the Training Academy will have its first session in September, please contact Rachel Miller, Isanti County if you need to sign up. Also, the Support Staff Conference is coming in October; check the web site for details.

Thank you for the great opportunity to be MACPO President. Please welcome, Steve King, Director Mower County, as your new MACPO President.

Thank you for using MACPO’s website, please feel free to contact me at Margaret.munson@co.wright.mn.us or 763-682-7305.
