Prairie Lakes is a Juvenile Facility serving boys and girls, ages 10 to 19.

Through a combination of cognitive based programming and behavioral accountability, Prairie Lakes Youth Programs aims to give young people the tools they need to live a better life.
Chemical Dependency treatment programming is available in house provided on an outpatient basis in all programs. This is provided by C.A.R.E. of Willmar, MN.

Prairie Lakes School is provided and operated by the Willmar School District. Education is provided on site and is year around.

WINGS is a residential program for adolescents. It is designed for 20 residents (10 male and 10 female) who are 13 to 18 years of age and who require 24
hours of care and support. On-site school program, family program meets 2 times per week, Recreation program and a community support program.
We accept referrals from all counties of Minnesota.
