founded in June 1992 to provide a service to at-risk female
juveniles.

Cloud. We offer group home services to male adolescents
ages 12-18 in Marshall. We provide a short term consequence
program and an independent living skills program for m-f
adolescents in Isanti. We offer foster-care in the Rochester,
